Commercial Fleet Vehicle Wrap
Absolute Air needed their service vans to act as clear mobile signs while traveling between job sites. Plain white factory metal required a complete exterior overhaul to make company phone numbers and HVAC service lines readable at a glance. We engineered a full wrap layout designed to fit the vehicle's geometry without stretching graphics across deep panel recesses.
Full Vinyl Wrap Fabrication
We printed the graphics on premium cast vinyl film mated with a durable UV-protective overlaminate to withstand highway debris and sunlight. The layout uses sharp color blocking—bright yellow on the cab and deep navy on the rear—split by a large stylized "A" logo across the side doors.

Surface Prep and Fitting
Installers prepped the painted bodywork with alcohol degreasers to ensure maximum adhesive tack along the body panels. Using heat guns and edge-sealing tools, we worked the film into deep channel contours, around door handles, and through panel gaps. Phone numbers and web addresses sit flat along the primary sightline for quick reading on the road.
