Exterior Signage and Commercial Fleet Wraps
Carat needed consistent visual identification across their corporate facilities and mobile service fleet. The scope required weather-resistant exterior signage alongside full-coverage vinyl wraps for commercial Sprinter vans. We handled fabrication, panel printing, and wrap installation in-house to ensure color accuracy across all materials.
Fleet Graphics Installation
We applied full custom vinyl wraps to a fleet of Mercedes Sprinter vans inside our installation facility. Each van received high-visibility orange cast vinyl laminated with a UV-resistant gloss finish, trimmed neatly around door seams, windows, and bumper moldings. The material was heat-molded into deep body contours to prevent bubbling or edge lifting on the road.

Facility Signage
For the facility exterior, we built fabricated aluminum channel letters outfitted with energy-efficient LED modules. Inside the lobby, laser-cut acrylic and brushed metal elements were flush-mounted directly onto interior drywall and glass walls. The illuminated exterior faces match the exact hue of the fleet's orange vinyl, keeping the branding uniform day and night.
