Exterior Channel Letters and Drive-Thru Wayfinding

High-traffic drive-thrus require clear directional cues and bright branding that holds up in all weather. For this location, we needed to build outdoor LED channel letters and directional signs to handle heavy dual-lane vehicle flow. The hardware had to match exact brand red color codes and withstand bright daily sunlight.

Main Building Signage

We built face-lit channel letters using aluminum returns and clear acrylic faces capped with translucent red vinyl. The cabinets were powder-coated white and mounted to the brick facade with stainless steel wedge anchors. Wiring runs through sealed conduit directly into the interior wall cavity.

Drive-Thru Wayfinding & Clearance Bars

We welded steel clearance arches and installed aluminum directional pylons to split traffic into two ordering lanes. Each steel post was set into a three-foot concrete footing to resist high wind loads. High-intensity reflective vinyl graphics keep lane markers visible under vehicle headlights.

The result

Red light casts a clean glow on the exterior brick wall.

Headlights bounce off the reflective vinyl along the lane curves.

Aluminum posts sit solid in concrete beneath the roof line.
