Custom Equipment Branding and Vinyl Decals

EXL Fitness needed custom branding applied directly to high-impact training equipment. Standard stickers peel quickly under friction, sweat, and heavy daily use. We produced high-tack vinyl decals engineered to bond tightly to raw cast iron and textured foam.

Kettlebell Graphics

We printed vibrant green logos onto heavy-duty, high-tack adhesive vinyl cut to fit the curved face of cast iron kettlebells. The vinyl conforms to the rough metal surface without lifting along the edges. Each graphic stays flush against the black iron during lifts and floor drops.

Recovery Tool Applications

For the recovery gear, we printed white logos formatted for the flat circular end caps of dark blue textured foam rollers. The adhesive layer forms a flat bond across the foam surface. The crisp white lettering remains readable from a distance across the gym floor.
