Exterior Channel Letters and Facility Signage

Fastenal required durable exterior identification for a high-traffic distribution branch. The building sits along a wet corridor exposed to heavy winds, requiring weather-tight construction visible from the highway. We built an exterior lighting and directional package designed for harsh daily industrial use.

Exterior Illuminated Channel Letters

We built front-lit channel letters using heavy-gauge aluminum returns and high-impact blue acrylic faces. Internal 6500K LEDs flood the faces with clean light through color-matched acrylic. The entire assembly mounts on a steel raceway bolted directly into concrete tilt-up panels.

Facility & Yard Wayfinding

For the loading bays and service counter, we routed low-profile aluminum composite panels fitted with matte vinyl graphics. Reflective yard signs mounted on galvanized steel posts guide delivery trucks from the gate to designated unloading docks. Non-glare acrylic plaques mark interior trade counters and safety zones.

Bright blue lettering cuts through rain and night haze along the highway.

Reflective aluminum panels route heavy truck traffic smoothly through the gate.

Clean white faces and steel mounts hold tight against the concrete wall.
