Business Signs & Graphics for Lehi, Utah

Lehi is the closest big market to our shop, and it is the one where our work looks least like a sign and most like architecture. The tech corridor along Timpanogos Highway and the offices around Thanksgiving Point buy interiors: dimensional lobby lettering, halo-lit logos, wall wraps, frosted privacy film and suspended acrylic.

Getting there: north on I-15 from the American Fork shop, or straight up the frontage road.

Twelve minutes means the site visit is free of drama

Our shop sits about eight miles south of Lehi. In practice a crew leaves American Fork and is standing in a Lehi lobby before a Salt Lake company has cleared the Point of the Mountain. That matters more on interior work than on a storefront, because interior branding is a conversation: someone has to look at the wall, hold a sample against the paint, check how the afternoon light hits the glass, and then do it again after the tenant improvement contractor moves a wall.

It also matters for install timing. Corporate interiors get installed at night or over a weekend so nobody's Monday is ruined, and a shop that is twelve minutes away can staff that without making it an expedition.

Lehi buys interiors, and the reason is the tenant mix

The employers along the SR-92 corridor and around Thanksgiving Point are software, life-science and direct-sales companies in leased Class A space. They usually cannot touch the exterior of the building at all — the landlord owns the sign band and the monument, and tenant identity is limited to a panel. So the money goes inside, where the brand has to do all of its work in the first fifteen feet past the front door.

That is exactly the work we have in the portfolio here: dimensional lobby lettering behind a reception desk, cable-suspended acrylic panels carrying a company's values, full-wall vinyl murals down a corridor, frosted glass film that buys a conference room privacy without killing the daylight, and elevator doors turned into a brand statement. It is quiet work — no illumination, no permit, no bucket truck — and it lives or dies on fabrication tolerance and clean installation.

The other half of Lehi is retail and food: the outlets and pad sites near Traverse Mountain, the newer centers pushing west toward Saratoga Springs, and the older storefronts on Lehi Main Street near the Roller Mills. That side buys illuminated channel letters, monument and pylon tenant panels, and window vinyl, and it runs on the landlord's sign criteria plus Lehi City's review.

Building standards, landlord criteria, and why art approval sets the schedule

In a new Lehi office park you are usually designing to three documents at once: the city ordinance, the landlord's sign criteria, and the tenant's own brand standard. They disagree more often than anyone expects — a brand's minimum logo size can exceed the letter height the landlord allows on the fascia.

We would rather find that in the drawing stage than in the field. Lead time on a Lehi project is driven by how fast art gets approved and how long the permit or landlord review takes, not by the drive. Nobody has ever waited on a Lehi job because of the eight miles.

Lehi signage questions

How far is Notatek from Lehi?

About eight miles. The shop is at 1584 S 580 E in American Fork, roughly a twelve-minute drive north on I-15 to central Lehi and a little more to Traverse Mountain.

Can you install a Lehi lobby sign outside business hours?

Yes. Interior installs in occupied offices are normally scheduled evenings or weekends so the floor keeps working. Being twelve minutes away is what makes staffing an after-hours crew practical.

My landlord has sign criteria for the building. Can you work to it?

That is the normal case in Lehi's newer office parks, and yes. Send the criteria document with your brand standards and we will design to whichever is stricter, then submit for landlord and city approval.

Do you do exterior signs in Lehi as well as interiors?

Yes — illuminated channel letters, monument signs, pylon tenant panels and window graphics. The interior bias in our Lehi portfolio reflects what leased tech-corridor tenants are allowed to install, not a limit on what we build.

Talk to the shop that will actually build it

Lehi is roughly 8 miles from the shop — about 12 minutes — so a site visit is a normal part of the job, not a surcharge. Bring photos of the building, the landlord’s sign criteria if you have it, and any brand standards — that is usually enough for a real conversation about what is possible on your Lehi site.
