The story

Previously, on NOTATEK TV…

His shop is the nerdy kid eating lunch alone: a paper sign, a Sharpie and a dial tone. Everybody drives by at forty-five, and nobody knows the little store is alive.

The band bursts in, he throws the switch, and the sign lights up letter by letter. His only five-star review is from his mom. By the last chorus there’s a line out the door and the sign is Employee of the Month.

Made with AI, about real signs

The song and the footage were made with AI. The NOTATEK team’s performances are AI likenesses built from their photos, and the shops and owners in the stories are fictional.
