Community Entrance & Sales Office Signage
Edge Homes, a new home builder, needed to establish a strong presence in new communities. Their signage had to convey the quality of their construction and guide potential buyers to sales offices and model homes. We designed and fabricated a range of signs to meet these needs.
Community Entrances & Sales Centers
We built large monument signs with bright white faces and orange returns, catching eyes from the road. For sales offices, tall orange panels with white dimensional letters stood vertically, drawing visitors towards the entrance. These structures used aluminum and acrylic, designed for outdoor durability.

Directional and Interior Graphics
Simple A-frame signs with bold orange panels and directional arrows pointed the way to new developments. Inside, sales centers featured dimensional wall graphics. Circular acrylic panels with vinyl overlays explained floor plans and quality features, linked by thin vinyl lines on the wall.
