Comprehensive Campus Signage

St. John Properties needed a complete signage program for their new multi-building commercial campus. The objective was to create a unified visual identity across all structures and outdoor spaces, ensuring clear navigation for tenants and visitors from the road to individual offices. Our task was to translate their brand into durable, functional signs that would withstand the elements and provide intuitive wayfinding.

Exterior Identification & Wayfinding

We designed and installed a full suite of exterior signs, starting with large pylon and monument signs at key entry points. These primary identifiers were fabricated from welded aluminum, painted to match brand colors, and fitted with internal LED lighting for night visibility. Building addresses and tenant names were routed into aluminum panels or applied as dimensional letters, mounted securely to concrete bases or directly onto building facades.

Interior Directories & ADA Compliant Signage

Inside each building, we managed the production and installation of all wayfinding and room identification signs. This included multi-panel directories with interchangeable tenant strips, constructed from brushed aluminum and clear acrylic. We also produced hundreds of ADA-compliant room signs, featuring tactile characters and braille, cut from acrylic sheets and finished with a durable, non-glare coating.
