Large format covers everything printed too wide for a normal press: roll-to-roll printing onto vinyl, banner, film and wallcovering, and flatbed UV printing directly onto rigid substrates like acrylic, aluminium composite, PVC, foam board and coroplast. Ink choice — UV-cure, latex or solvent — follows the material and where the finished piece will live.

The finishing is what makes it a sign rather than a poster. Lamination protects against abrasion, cleaning and UV, and sets the gloss level; banners get hemmed and grommeted or pole-pocketed; panels are cut, routed and drilled to a pattern; graphics for glass or vehicles are contour-cut on a plotter. And large format is where colour management earns its keep — a brand colour has to match across a printed wall panel, a vinyl-cut letter and a painted metal face that never touched a printer.
